Introduction to Healthy Food Choices Cooking Class

Sunday November 20th, 10.00 am to 2.00 pm

Learn the basic principles of plant based whole foods cooking to support your health and some basic tools that will help to prepare your own food.  Eating well does not need to be complicated or expensive, in fact keeping it simple is the best way to take control of your health and create delicious food that you will enjoy.

On this course you will learn to make a few healthful recipes that can be prepared in little time and that you can enjoy at home or take to work for a nourishing lunch.  You will get hands on experience making the recipes and we will have lunch together at the end.

The class will be held at the Made In Hackney Local Food Kitchen, Food For All Basement, 3 Cazenove Rd, London, N16 6PA.
